Blended entirely from Chardonnay grapes from Rilly-La-Montagne and Taissy, both Premier Cru.

Light, bright and refreshing, this is a Champagne that’s always superb as an aperitif, and sublime when served, nicely chilled, on a summer’s day with a tray of oysters and seafood.
Ideal too with lightly baked fish or carpaccio of Saint-Jacques.
