Patrick Manceaux is the 4th winemaker generation in Manceaux’s Family.
He is here accompanied by Roger, his father, who founded the brand in 1947.
Alliance between tradition and modernity
Our house has a set of stainless steel tanks dedicated to winemaking.
However, in memory of René Manceaux, Patrick’s grandfather who was also a cooper, we vinify some of our vintages in oak barrels, with the aim of making our Champagnes more complex.
