A blend of 50% Pinot Noir Grand Cru from the village of Mailly Champagne and 50% Chardonnay Premier Cru from Taissy. Average age of the vines: 45 years.
An extremely classy Champagne you’ll want to keep for a special occasion. It has the perfect flavour profile for serving as an aperitif or with food and is particularly good with rich poultry (capon), terrines (chicken, rabbit) and foie gras.
